Multiple Teams · Cross Country Conditioning

Cross Country team conditioning will begin on Tuesday, July 7 at 7:30 AM at the high school stadium track.  Any student in grade 9-12 is welcome to attend.  No running experience is required.

Masks will be required at the start of practice and the COVID-19 participation waiver must be filled out in advance.  You can access and download the form here:
