Practice officially begins tomorrow, August 24.
Here is the week’s practice schedule:
Monday, August 24 – 3:15 PM-4:45
Tuesday, August 25 – 3:15 PM-4:45
Wednesday, August 26 – 2:30 PM-4:00
Thursday, August 27 – 3:15 PM-4:45
Friday, August 28 – 2:30 PM-3:30
Make sure that you turn in your physical by Monday in order to practice. You cannot practice until your physical is turned in.
All practices will begin at the high school track. Practice will last approximately 90 minutes.
Masks must be worn to practice and temperatures will be recorded. We will continue to make every effort to maintain social distancing when not running.
Feel free to recruit a friend to join us and come ready to run! No prior running experience is necessary.
