Boys Sweep, Girls Earn Split, in Cross Country Tri-Meet

Mason Kent took 1st place overall and Makayla Boda finished 1st for the girls in a cross country tri-meet at home against Burgettstown and McGuffey.  Mason Kent (20:47), Kolby Kent (21:34) and Jay Danek (21:47) swept the top three places as the boys defeated Burgettstown, 18-41, and McGuffey, 15-50.  The boys are now 3-3 on

Cross Country Team Begins Section Competition

The cross country team traveled to Waynesburg to open section competition at Greene County Airport against host school West Greene, Belle Vernon, Ft. Cherry, and Chartiers-Houston. Cross Country Practice Schedule August 13-16

Practice begins Tuesday, August 13 at 7:30 AM.  Meet in the High School fitness room. Tuesday through Friday 7:30-9:00. Any grade 9-12 boys and girls are welcome.  No experience necessary.

Cross Country Runners Earn Herald-Standard All-Area Honors

Charles Roberts was named to the Herald-Standard’s All-Area Cross Country 1st team.  Charles did not lose a section meet over the past two seasons and established a new school record when he finished 1st at Brownsville High School on October 1 with a time of 16:59.
